Molly Abraham of The Detroit News stopped into Dime Store for a quick bite recently and described what she saw as a “comfortably casual breakfast/lunch spot” in her review, published Thursday.
Molly writes that Executive Chef Josh Taylor and his culinary team turn out “impressive dishes,” including “jazzed up eggs Benedict,” and “creative sandwiches” and salads.
She adds:
“Paper napkins, coffee cream in paper containers, bare-topped tables and friendly waitstaff in gray T-shirts with the Dime Store logo emphasize the informality of this appealing new spot that may appear to be just another place to grab a sandwich, but offers higher culinary standards.”
We appreciate you coming in, Molly, and look forward to seeing you again soon!
